Bilive（以下「本アプリ」）は、AI AutoSite（以下「当社」）が提供するバイリンガル配信翻訳iOSアプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報にアクセスし、どのように利用・保管・共有するかを説明します。
要約: Biliveはあなたの翻訳セッションを処理するために最小限のデータのみを扱います。個人情報の追跡・販売・広告利用は一切行いません。YouTube APIデータはGoogleの
ユーザーデータポリシー（Limited Use要件を含む）に準拠して取り扱います。
1. 収集する情報
1.1 YouTube APIデータ
本アプリはYouTube API Servicesを使用します。YouTube APIを通じてアクセスするデータは以下の通りです：
- ライブチャットメッセージ: あなたのYouTube Live配信のチャットメッセージ（テキスト内容、表示名）を読み取り専用でアクセスします
- 配信情報: アクティブなライブ配信のID・タイトルを取得します
- OAuthトークン: YouTube APIへの認証に使用するアクセストークン・リフレッシュトークンを、端末のKeychainに暗号化して保存します
本アプリは以下のデータを収集しません：
- あなたのYouTube動画コンテンツ・チャンネル登録者・再生履歴
- 視聴者の個人情報（YouTube表示名以外）
- あなたのGoogleアカウントのパスワードやログイン情報
1.2 音声データ
- 音声認識: AppleのSFSpeechRecognizerを使用し、音声はオンデバイスで処理されます。音声録音データはサーバーに送信されません
- 転写テキスト: 音声から生成されたテキストのみが翻訳のためにAPIに送信されます
1.3 翻訳処理データ
- 転写テキストおよびチャットメッセージのテキストは、翻訳のためにAnthropic社のClaude API（Claude Haiku 4.5）に送信されます
- 送信前にプロフィール画像URL・チャンネルIDなどの個人を特定できる情報（PII）は除去されます
1.4 端末に保存するデータ
- 設定情報: 言語ペア・フォントサイズ・TTS設定などをUserDefaultsに保存
- 翻訳履歴: セッション記録をSwiftData（端末内SQLite）に保存（30日で自動削除）
- 認証トークン: OAuthトークン・APIトークンをKeychainに暗号化保存
2. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用します：
- リアルタイムの音声翻訳およびチャット翻訳サービスの提供
- OBS字幕オーバーレイの表示
- TTS（テキスト読み上げ）機能の提供
- アプリ設定の保持
- サービスの改善およびバグ修正

4. YouTube API Services — Limited Use 遵守
本アプリはYouTube API Servicesを使用しています。YouTube API Servicesの利用にあたり、あなたはYouTube利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。GoogleによるYouTubeデータの取り扱いについてはGoogle プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
Limited Use要件に基づき、本アプリは：
- YouTube APIデータを、ユーザーに直接的な価値を提供する機能（チャット翻訳・表示）のためにのみ使用します
- YouTube APIデータの第三者への転送は、サービス提供に必要な場合（翻訳処理）に限定します
- YouTube APIデータを広告目的で使用しません
- YouTube APIデータの人間による閲覧は行いません（セキュリティ調査の場合を除く）
- YouTube APIデータを汎用AI/MLモデルの訓練に使用しません
5. Anthropic Claude APIのデータ取り扱い
翻訳処理にはAnthropic社のClaude Haiku 4.5 APIを使用します。
- Anthropicは商用利用規約（Commercial Terms）に基づき、APIを通じて送信されたデータをモデル訓練に使用しません。オプトアウト設定は不要です
- APIに送信されたデータは30日間保持された後、自動的に削除されます
- 送信するデータは翻訳に必要なテキストのみであり、音声録音や個人を特定できる情報は含まれません
6. YouTubeアクセスの取り消し
BiliveによるYouTubeデータへのアクセスはいつでも取り消すことができます：
- アプリ内: 設定 → YouTube接続管理 → 「接続を解除」
- Googleアカウントから: Googleセキュリティ設定ページ → Biliveの「アクセスを削除」をクリック
アクセスを取り消すと、本アプリは直ちにYouTubeデータへのアクセスを停止し、保存されているOAuthトークンを端末から削除します。
7. データの保管と削除
- 翻訳履歴は端末内にのみ保存され、30日後に自動削除されます
- 設定 →「全データ削除」から、いつでも全てのローカルデータを即座に削除できます
- アプリをアンインストールすると、Keychain以外の全データが削除されます。Keychainデータは再インストール時に自動クリーンアップされます
8. データセキュリティ
- 認証トークンはiOS Keychainに暗号化保存（Secure Enclave保護）
- 全てのネットワーク通信はHTTPS（TLS 1.2+）で暗号化
- Claude APIへの通信は当社が管理するプロキシサーバー経由で行い、APIキーはサーバー側に保管
- 音声認識はオンデバイスで完結し、音声データは外部に送信されません
9. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
10. 越境データ移転（APPI準拠）
日本の個人情報保護法（APPI）に基づき、以下のデータ越境移転についてお知らせします：
- 翻訳テキストは米国のAnthropic社のサーバーに送信されます
- YouTube APIデータは米国のGoogleサーバーとの間で送受信されます
- これらのデータ移転は、翻訳サービスの提供に必要であり、アプリ内のAI同意ダイアログでお客様の同意をいただいた上で行われます
11. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリ内通知およびこのページの更新によりお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用された場合、更新されたポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。重要な変更がある場合は、再度同意を求めます。

Bilive (the "App") is a bilingual streaming translation iOS application provided by AI AutoSite ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how we use, store, and share it.
Summary: Bilive handles only the minimum data needed to process your translations. We never track, sell, or use your personal information for advertising. YouTube API data is handled in compliance with
Google's User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Information We Access
1.1 YouTube API Data
This App uses YouTube API Services. Data we access through the YouTube API includes:
- Live chat messages: We access chat messages (text content, display names) from your YouTube Live streams in read-only mode
- Stream information: We retrieve active live stream IDs and titles
- OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens for YouTube API authentication are stored encrypted in the device's Keychain
We do not access:
- Your YouTube video content, subscribers, or watch history
- Viewers' personal information (beyond YouTube display names)
- Your Google account password or login credentials
1.2 Audio Data
- Speech recognition: Uses Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer with on-device processing. No audio recordings are sent to any server
- Transcribed text: Only the text generated from speech is sent to the API for translation
1.3 Translation Processing Data
- Transcribed text and chat message text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API (Claude Haiku 4.5) for translation
- Personally identifiable information (PII) such as profile image URLs and channel IDs are stripped before transmission
1.4 Data Stored on Your Device
- Settings: Language pair, font size, TTS preferences stored in UserDefaults
- Translation history: Session records stored in SwiftData (on-device SQLite), auto-deleted after 30 days
- Authentication tokens: OAuth and API tokens stored encrypted in Keychain
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely for:
- Providing real-time speech and chat translation services
- Displaying OBS subtitle overlays
- Providing text-to-speech (TTS) functionality
- Maintaining your app settings
- Improving our service and fixing bugs
3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

4. YouTube API Services — Limited Use Compliance
This App uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Please review the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles YouTube data.
Under the Limited Use requirements, this App:
- Uses YouTube API data only for user-facing features (chat translation and display)
- Limits transfer of YouTube API data to third parties to what is necessary for providing the service (translation processing)
- Does not use YouTube API data for advertising purposes
- Does not allow humans to read YouTube API data (except for security investigations)
- Does not use YouTube API data to train generalized AI/ML models
5. Anthropic Claude API Data Handling
We use Anthropic's Claude Haiku 4.5 API for translation processing.
- Anthropic does not use data submitted through the API for model training under their Commercial Terms. No opt-out configuration is needed
- Data submitted to the API is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted
- Only text necessary for translation is submitted — no audio recordings or personally identifiable information
6. Revoking YouTube Access
You can revoke Bilive's access to your YouTube data at any time:
- In-app: Settings → YouTube Connection → "Disconnect"
- From Google: Visit Google Security Settings → Click "Remove Access" for Bilive
Upon revocation, the App will immediately stop accessing YouTube data and delete stored OAuth tokens from your device.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Translation history is stored only on your device and auto-deleted after 30 days
- You can instantly delete all local data at any time via Settings → "Delete All Data"
- Uninstalling the app removes all data except Keychain entries, which are auto-cleaned on reinstall
8. Data Security
- Authentication tokens are encrypted in iOS Keychain (Secure Enclave protected)
- All network communications are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- Claude API communications go through our managed proxy server; API keys are stored server-side
- Speech recognition runs entirely on-device; audio data never leaves your device
9. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Cross-Border Data Transfers (APPI Compliance)
In compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), we inform you of the following cross-border data transfers:
- Translation text is sent to Anthropic's servers in the United States
- YouTube API data is exchanged with Google's servers in the United States
- These transfers are necessary for providing the translation service and are conducted with your consent given through the in-app AI consent dialog
11. Changes to This Policy
If we modify this policy, we will notify you through in-app notifications and updates to this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will request your consent again.
