1. サービスの概要
Bilive（以下「本サービス」）は、AI AutoSite（以下「当社」）が提供するバイリンガル配信翻訳アプリケーションです。本サービスは、リアルタイムの音声翻訳、YouTube Liveチャット翻訳、OBS字幕オーバーレイ機能を提供します。
本サービスを利用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスのご利用をお控えください。
2. サブスクリプションと料金

2.1 無料トライアル

本サービスはAnthropic社のClaude AIを使用した機械翻訳を提供します。翻訳の品質について以下をご了承ください：
- AI翻訳は参考情報であり、100%の正確性を保証するものではありません
- スラング・方言・専門用語は誤訳される可能性があります
- 医療・法律・安全に関わるコミュニケーションには本サービスを使用しないでください
- 翻訳結果はAIによって自動生成されたものであり、当社が個別に確認するものではありません

7. サービスの変更・終了
当社は本サービスの機能を追加・変更・削除する権利を有します。サービスの重大な変更または終了の場合、30日前までにアプリ内通知およびメールでお知らせします。サービス終了時、未使用期間分のサブスクリプション料金は日割りで返金します。
8. 責任の制限
当社は本サービスの提供において合理的な注意を払いますが：
- 翻訳の誤りによる誤解・トラブルについて、当社の故意または重大な過失がない限り、間接的損害の責任は負いません
- YouTube API・Claude API等の外部サービスの障害・停止による影響について、当社の管理外の事由に起因する場合は責任を負いません
- 当社の責任の上限は、お客様が過去12ヶ月間に支払ったサブスクリプション料金の総額とします
注記: 日本の消費者契約法に基づき、事業者の故意または重大な過失による損害については、免責条項にかかわらず当社が責任を負います。
9. 準拠法と紛争解決
本規約は日本法に準拠し、福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
10. 規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合、変更の30日前までにアプリ内通知でお知らせします。重大な変更の場合は再度同意を求めます。

1. Service Overview
Bilive (the "Service") is a bilingual streaming translation application provided by AI AutoSite ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service provides real-time speech translation, YouTube Live chat translation, and OBS subtitle overlay functionality.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Subscriptions and Pricing

2.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day Pro trial on first install. After the trial ends, you automatically move to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. No charges are incurred.
2.2 How to Cancel
Cancel your subscription via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Bilive → Cancel Subscription. After canceling, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property
The Service's software, design, and brand belong to us. Copyright of translated content belongs to the original content's copyright holder. Free plan users will see a "Powered by Bilive" watermark.
7. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features. For significant changes or service termination, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification and email. Upon termination, unused subscription periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
We exercise reasonable care in providing the Service, however:
- We are not liable for indirect damages from translation errors, unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence
- We are not liable for impacts caused by third-party service outages (YouTube API, Claude API) beyond our control
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months
Note: Under Japan's Consumer Contract Act, we remain liable for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, regardless of any limitation of liability clauses.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
10. Changes to These Terms
If we modify these terms, we will notify you at least 30 days before changes take effect via in-app notification. For material changes, we will request your consent.
