iOSの「設定」アプリ → あなたのApple ID → 「サブスクリプション」→ Bilive → 「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」で解約できます。解約後も、現在の請求期間の終了まで有料機能をご利用いただけます。
App Store経由のご購入については、Appleが返金を処理します。reportaproblem.apple.com からAppleへ直接お問い合わせください。
以下をお試しください：
1. 設定 → YouTube接続管理 → 「接続を解除」してから再接続
2. YouTubeアプリが最新版であることを確認
3. Googleセキュリティ設定からBiliveのアクセスを一度削除して再認証
それでも解決しない場合は、上記メールアドレスまでお問い合わせください。
音声認識の品質向上のために：
1. マイクに近い環境で使用してください（15cm以内が理想）
2. 背景雑音をできるだけ減らしてください
3. iOS標準の音声認識はアップデートで改善されることがあります — iOSを最新版に保ってください
1. Biliveアプリの「OBS」タブを開く
2. 表示されるURLをコピー（またはQRコードをスキャン）
3. OBSで「ソース」→「ブラウザ」を追加
4. URLフィールドにコピーしたURLを貼り付け
5. 幅・高さを配信レイアウトに合わせて調整
設定 →「全データ削除」から、アプリに保存された全てのデータ（翻訳履歴・設定・認証トークン）を即座に削除できます。
YouTubeのアクセス権限を取り消す場合は、Googleセキュリティ設定ページからBiliveを削除してください。
Biliveはリアルタイム音声認識と翻訳を行うため、FaceTimeビデオ通話と同程度（約8〜15%/時間）のバッテリーを消費します。長時間の配信では充電しながらの使用をお勧めします。

Go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Bilive → Cancel Subscription. After canceling, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Try these steps:
1. Settings → YouTube Connection → Disconnect, then reconnect
2. Make sure your YouTube app is up to date
3. Remove Bilive's access at Google Security Settings, then re-authorize

For better speech recognition:
1. Use the app close to the microphone (within 15cm is ideal)
2. Minimize background noise
3. Keep iOS updated — Apple regularly improves speech recognition
1. Open the "OBS" tab in the Bilive app
2. Copy the displayed URL (or scan the QR code)
3. In OBS, add a "Browser" source
4. Paste the URL in the URL field
5. Adjust width and height for your stream layout
Go to Settings → "Delete All Data" to instantly remove all app data including translation history, settings, and authentication tokens.
To revoke YouTube access, remove Bilive from your Google Security Settings.
Bilive performs real-time speech recognition and translation, consuming about 8–15% battery per hour (similar to a FaceTime video call). We recommend charging during long streaming sessions.
